Lyon Built is a Prismatic Powders Certified Applicator with nearly five years of coating experience. Whether you're bringing in snowmobile parts, motorcycle frames, automotive components, fishing rod holders, or custom fabrication -we coat it all. Our oven handles parts up to 6ft H × 10ft L × 6ft W, so if it fits, we'll coat it.

We use environmentally friendly crushed glass for media blasting, which strips paint, rust, and old coatings down to bare metal without damaging the substrate. For parts that can't be blasted (thin sheet metal, delicate components), we offer chemical stripping as an alternative. Note: We do not blast box-linered parts as the material doesn't strip efficiently.

Every job starts with proper surface prep -that's what separates a powder coat that lasts from one that chips. Bring your parts to our Cranbrook shop or ship them in, and we'll handle the rest. Typical turnaround is 1–2 weeks depending on the job. We'll get back to you within 5 business days of receiving your quote request.
