Return and Refund Policy

 

Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days for unused products in original packaging. Custom orders and powder coated items are non-refundable. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Please contact us at info@lyonbuilt.ca before returning anything so we can provide return instructions.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lyonbuilt.ca with photos of the damage. We will work with you to repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet begun. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible as all products are custom-built to order.
