Shipping policy

Everything is built to order and ships from our Cranbrook, BC shop. Standard build time is 7-14 business days (14-21 for custom colours). We ship Canada-wide with tiered flat-rate shipping - about $45 on orders $250+, and $65-$95 on smaller orders depending on province. We don't offer free shipping. Standard items can be returned within 14 days if unused; custom colour orders are non-refundable. See our full Shipping & Returns policy for details.
