Shipping Policy

 

Lyon Built ships all orders from our shop in Cranbrook, BC, Canada.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product dimensions, weight, and destination. Oversized items (smokers, large bumpers) ship via freight and rates vary. We do not offer free shipping.

 

Build and Processing Time

All products are custom-built to order. Standard build time is 2-3 weeks for stock colours. Custom colours may take longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

 

Shipping Within Canada

We ship via Canada Post or courier depending on the size of your order. Typical delivery is 3-7 business days after shipment.

 

International Shipping

Available on request. Contact info@lyonbuilt.ca for a quote before placing your order.

 

Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days for unused products in original packaging. Custom orders and powder coated items are non-refundable. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us at info@lyonbuilt.ca before returning anything.

 

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@lyonbuilt.ca with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
