Everything we make is built to order in our Cranbrook, BC shop - real fabrication, not off-the-shelf parts.
Shipping Rates
We don't offer free shipping - but we do keep it fair with tiered flat rates:
- Orders $250+: reduced flat rate of about $45.
- Orders under $250: $65-$95 depending on province.
These rates are estimates and may vary with product size, weight, and destination. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Build & Processing Time
- Standard orders: 7-14 business days to build.
- Custom colour orders: 14-21 business days.
Once built, you'll get a tracking number by email.
Where We Ship
We ship Canada-wide. US orders: email info@lyonbuilt.ca for a custom quote.
Returns & Exchanges
- Standard products: returns accepted within 14 days, unused, original condition.
- Custom colour orders: non-refundable.
- Defective products: repaired or replaced at no charge.
Damaged in Transit
Email us within 48 hours at info@lyonbuilt.ca with photos and we'll make it right.
