Our front rail brace moves the load point from the weak front tip back to the center casting. The front brace is fully capped, offering not only up-and-down support but also side-to-side support. This makes it the only fully capped aluminum rail brace on the market. CNC cut aluminum plate, fully TIG welded.
There is an old style and a new style rail. To distinguish between them please see the pictures.
Powder Coat: our standard practice is powder coating with Prismatic Powders. For colour options and custom colours please visit the Prismatic Powders website.
Custom colours are available on request and add approximately one week of lead time and a $50 charge.

Everything is built to order and ships from our Cranbrook, BC shop. Standard build time is 7–14 business days (14–21 for custom colours). We ship Canada-wide with tiered flat-rate shipping: $45 on orders up to $250, $75 up to $475, $90 up to $1,000, and $150 over $1,000. Free local pickup in Cranbrook. We don't offer free shipping.
