Our Matryx tunnel brace kit features a formed lip to add strength to your tunnel. It is designed to mount over top of our Lyon Built rear bumpers. It is a great addition to the longer Matryx tunnels for riders who like to tow, or run heavier tunnel loads.
Can only be used with our rear Matryx bumpers. It is recommended on the 163/165 but is not as necessary for the 155 and 146 tunnel. Adds a lot more support. If you run heavy tunnel loads like added fuel or larger tunnel bags, these are a great option.
All mounting hardware is included.
Installation help: see our step-by-step guides on the install page.
Powder Coat: our standard practice is powder coating with Prismatic Powders. For colour options and custom colours please visit the Prismatic Powders website.
Custom colours are available on request and add approximately one week of lead time and a $50 charge.
Materials
Materials
Precision TIG-welded 6063 aluminum -chosen for its superior energy absorption. Our bumpers flex on impact instead of shattering, making them repairable after hard hits. Every bumper is finished with Prismatic Powders coating for lasting durability.
