Ski-Doo Gen 4/5 HD - 2017 - Current Rear Bumper

For ultimate tunnel strength, our Gen 4/5 HD rear bumpers are the longest bumpers on the market, offering unmatched tunnel protection with CNC cut 3/16" aluminum side panels and fully TIG welded handles. This creates a stronger one-piece design versus a bolt-together three-piece design. Our formed side panels wrap up to the top edge of the tunnel. This design adds strength, making it a superior choice.

Powder Coat: our standard practice is powder coating with Prismatic Powders. For colour options and custom colours please visit the Prismatic Powders website.

Custom colours are available on request and add approximately one week of lead time and a $50 charge.

How to determine if you have an Expert package: factory Expert decals, a shorter snow flap, an adjustable limiter strap, a shorter tunnel, and a narrower ski stance.

Free Ride and Summit models — bumper length by year:

• 2017–2019: available track lengths 146, 154, 165. If you have a 154" track, for example, you will need a 154 bumper.
• 2020: available track lengths 146, 154, 165. You could have a regular length tunnel (for example a 154" tunnel needs a 154 bumper). You could also have an Expert package (shorter tunnel), which means for example if you had a 165" track you needed a 154 bumper. In this 2020 crossover year, if your track sticks out past your tunnel you have the Expert model and require the next track length shorter bumper.
• 2021–2026: available tunnel lengths 137, 146, 154, 165. The 2020 Expert short tunnel became standard, meaning for example if you had a 165" track you needed a 154 bumper.
• 2026: you could get a Summit X with the Expert package, which requires the super short bumper (shorter than the 2021–2026 tunnels).
• 2027: available track lengths 146, 154, 165. All Deep Snow models use the super short bumper.
