Yamaha - Rear Bumper

Our Yamaha Back Bumpers are the same as our Arctic Cat Pro Climb /  Ascender rear bumpers, as they share the same tunnel. 

Our rear bumpers are a solid one piece design, NOT a bolt together handle assembly. We prefer this design because it's much cooler looking than the alternative. This offers a more solid design. 

Materials:
6063 Bendable Aluminum Pipe
5052 3/16 Aluminum Plate

Building Process:
Lyon Built operates in the East Kootenay’s of British Columbia, Canada, where we design, and powder coat all our bumpers and aftermarket products.

We use 6063 pipe for bumper construction, a superior choice compared to the commonly used 6061 blend by other aftermarket companies.

While 6061 is known for its structural brittleness, 6063 has the ability to absorb energy effectively. Which means our bumpers have superior strength while maintaining flexibility. We made this an important part of our design which allows for bends during manufacturing. And in some cases, it can make our front bumpers repairable after enduring forceful impacts.

Our bumpers are designed with both durable function and visual appeal. Ride with confidence and pride.

Powder Coat:
Our standard practice involves in-house Prismatic Brand powder coating. For color options, and custom colours please visit the Prismatic Powders website. Custom colours are available upon request and may incur an additional cost.

All mounting hardware is included.
